Abstract

Job satisfaction in improving the performance of nurses is an effort to improve welfare, improve work quality, meet organizational expectations and needs, and meet employee expectations such as a better life, a more meaningful and beneficial work life for themselves and their organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on job satisfaction in improving the performance of nurses at Koja Hospital, North Jakarta. Through descriptive statistical analysis and data analysis using SmartPLS software, the results of the study provide the following conclusions: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Job Satisfaction at Koja Hospital, North Jakarta, (2) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction Nurse work at Koja Hospital North Jakarta, (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant positive effect on the performance of nurses at Koja Hospital North Jakarta, (4) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at Koja Hospital North Jakarta, (5) Self-efficacy positive and insignificant effect on the performance of nurses at Koja Hospital North Jakarta, (6) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction as well as on the performance of nurses with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at Koja Hospital North Jakarta, (7) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance. significant to job satisfaction in improve the performance of nurses with job satisfaction as a moderating variable in RSUD Koja, North Jakarta.
