Total Quality Management influence, performance measurement system and reward system on managerial performance

Abstract
The company’s competition in the global market causes intense competition among companies. The Company must manage the business effectively and efficiently through improved performance, in addition to improving the quality of products and services The problem formulation of this research is how Total Quality Management influence, performance meansurement system and reward system to managerial performance. The data used in this study is the primary data in the form of questionnarires. Repodents used in this research are managerial level employees of PT. Panasonic Industrial Component Indonesia, with a sample of about 93 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that Total Quality Management, performance meansurement system, and Reward system have an effect on employees performance. This is shown from of Total Quality Management, performance meansurement system and Reward system is accepted. This is shown from the processed data with the result of a number that is significant.
