The Effect of Work Discipline, Transformational Leadership and Training on Employee Performance of the Signature Park Grande Apartment

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, transformational leadership, and training on employee performance at the Signature Park Grande Apartment. This study explains 3 variables, namely: Work Discipline, Transformational Leadership and Training on Employee Performance at the Signature Park Grande Apartment. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument and taken as many as 55 respondents who are employees of the Signature Park Grande Apartment using the saturated sample method. Data was collected by giving questionnaires to employee respondents at the Signature Park Grande Apartment. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 IMB program for windows and the hypothesis is tested by t test and F test. The results of the study were obtained as follows: (1) Work Discipline (X1) hasn’t significant effect on employee performance (Y). (2) Transformational Leadership (X2) has a positive effect and significant on employee performance (Y). (3) partially Training (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). (4) simultaneously work discipline (X1), transformational leadership (X2) and training (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).
