The Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Communication on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables in ASN Susukan Village Office

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational communication on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable carried out on employees of the Susukan Village. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument and taken as many as 93 respondents who are employees of the office of the Susukan Village using simple random sampling method. Data collection is done by providing a list of questions to respondents using google form. This research uses analysis tools SmartPLS ver 3.0. The hypothesis was tested with path coefficients and indirect effects. The results obtained the following conclusions: (1) Organizational citizenship behavior (X1) has no significant effect on job satisfaction (Y1). (2) Organizational communication (X2) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y1). (3) Job satisfaction (Y1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y2). (4) Organizational citizenship behavior (X1) directly has a significant effect on employee performance (Y2) but indirectly has no significant effect on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1). (5) Organizational communication (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y2) both directly and through job satisfaction (Y1). Job satisfaction variable (Y1) is able to mediate the influence of organizational communication variables (X2) on employee performance (Y2). However, the job satisfaction variable (Y1) failed to mediate the influence of the organizational citizenship behavior (X1) variable on employee performance (Y2)
