Abstract
This research was conducted to determine how much influence compensation, career development and work environment have on millennial employee retention with human capital agility as an intervening variable for employees of PT. Fokus Integrasi Teknologi. The data collection method uses primary data from 53 respondents. The data obtained were then processed by the Structural Equation Model method with the Smart PLS version 3.00 software. The results showed that compensation had no significant effect on human capital agility, but had a significant effect on employee retention. Career development has no significant effect on human capital agility, but has a significant effect on employee retention. The work environment has no significant effect on human
capital agility and employee retention. Human Capital Agility is not significant in mediating the independent variable on the dependent. This shows that Human Capital Agility is not a good variable in mediating the compensation variable, career development, and work environment Based on the research results, PT Fokus Integrasi Teknologi can improve employee retention by improving awards given by the company and incentives, improving career opportunities in the company and making employees more loyal to the company
