The Influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Emotional Intelligence on Teacher Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction at SMA Negeri 9 Jakarta

Abstract
Teacher performance is the main thing that supports the success of the school organization in achieving its goals. Teachers with good performance are generally characterized by a high level of work productivity, good behavior and positive thinking, and support for every policy of the school organization, both formally and non-formally. Teacher performance is dominantly influenced by the mandatory competence of teachers, but there are other factors that can also influence, among others; organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 9 Jakarta. The theoretical benefit of this research is to find out more about the application of human resource management science, especially about individual performance in organizations, as well as their relationship to organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction through scientific research studies in school organizations. Practically, this research is expected to contribute to school organization as input, especially in the implementation of teacher performance assessment. This research is based on measurement and data analysis is a quantitative research (Quantitative Research). The population as well as the sample are school teachers totaling 42 people, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale, interviews and literature studies. Data processing techniques and hypothesis testing using SEM-Partial Least Square with the application tool SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study concluded that organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance. Emotional intelligence has no effect on job satisfaction, but has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has no effect on performance. Organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction has no effect on performance. Emotional intelligence mediated job satisfaction has no effect on performance.
