Abstract

Good organizational performance is certainly desired by every manager and member of the organization, in order to improve the performance of the organization, several ways can be done, including transformational leadership. Transformational leadership refers to the role of organizational management, where transformational leadership is a leadership style that inspires followers to put aside their personal interests for the good of the organization and is able to have a tremendous influence on their followers. The application of transformational leadership is also ideal when applied to employee journey mapping, where employee journey mapping is a mapping activity carried out by the management of a company with the aim of building a comfortable and productive company or work environment for employees and their superiors. This mapping activity was carried out starting from the beginning of the recruitment process until the current condition. In dynamic and changing conditions, in addition to the role of the leadership and all members of the organization or company, dynamic capability also has a significant effect, dynamic capability is the organization's ability to adjust its resources to create value in a rapidly changing environment in order to achieve organizational goals. So that it is expected that all members of the organization can carry out their duties in the midst of changing situations in order to improve organizational performance.
