The Influence of Human Resource Development, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT Gema Lintas Semesta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development, leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Gema Lintas Semesta. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument and taken as many as 40 respondents who are all employees at PT Gema Lintas Semesta using the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out by providing a list of questions to respondents who were all employees at PT Gema Lintas Semesta. This study uses analysis tools SmartPLS ver 3.0. Hypotheses were tested with path coefficients and indirect effects. The results obtained are as follows: (1) human resource development (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with t-statistic 4.574> 1.96. (2) leadership style (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with t- statistic 4.061> 1.96. (3) organizational culture (X3) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) with t-statistic 0.459 <1.96.
