The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Compensation and Quality of Work Life on Teacher Performance at PKBM Equivalent to SMA Windsor, Central Jakarta

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much influence Transformational Leadership, Compensation and Quality of Work Life have on teacher performance at PKBM Equivalent to SMA Windsor, Central Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. data collection method using primary data by spreading to 29 respondents. The data obtained were then processed by multiple regression method with SPSS software version 25.00. The results showed that transformational leadership partially had a significant effect on teacher performance, compensation partially had a significant effect on teacher performance, and quality of work life partially had a significant effect on teacher performance. and Transformational Leadership, Compensation and Quality of Work Life together have a significant effect on Performance at PKBM Equivalent to SMA Windsor Central Jakarta.
