Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership and OCB (Organizational Citizen Behavior) on Employee Performance mediated by Work Innovative Behavior variables conducted on employees of PT InfraCom Technology. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument and taken 51 respondents who are employees of PT InfraCom Technology Cooperative using the simple random sampling method. Data collection is done by providing a list of questions to respondents using google form. This study uses analysis tools SmartPLS ver 3.0. The hypothesis was tested with path coefficients and indirect effects. The results obtained the following conclusions; (1) transformational leadership (X1) has a significant effect on work innovative behavior (Z). (2) organizational citizenship behavior (X2) has a significant effect on work innovative behavior (Z). (3) work innovative behavior has no significant effect on employee performance (Y). (4) transformational leadership (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y). (5) organizational citizenship behavior (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y). (6) transformational leadership (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) with work innovative behavior (Z) as a mediating variable (7) organizational citizenship behavior (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) with work innovative behavior ( Z) as a mediating variable
